First Line is where the story really began. Inspired by a work by Werner Bronkhorst that caught my attention, it was the piece that encouraged me to pick up a brush and try to create something of my own — simply something I would genuinely want to hang on my wall.
Built through layers of blue and warm sandy tones, the composition plays with texture, repetition and scale. A small line of colourful figures sits at the centre, almost lost within the larger landscape of paint.
What started as an experiment became the first step towards finding my own visual language. In that sense, First Line is more than one of my earliest works: it marks the starting point of everything that came after.
Original artwork. Hand-painted in Spain. One of one.
